A History of our New Member Announcements

Cardholders gave us the idea for and began requesting New Member Announcements as early as late 2004. The main request was something like "Can't you just send out an email and let us know when there is a new business on board - instead of me digging around on the website everyday looking for new stuff?"

Ultimately, listening to our Cardholders (consumers) keeps us convenient, relevant, useful, and busy. Today's consumers, 'Average Joes' like convenience & value. We listen and deliver.

By providing value and convenience with no 'catch', we build a strong relationship with consumers. Just like anyone else, when subscribers check email, they sort through the 'chaff' - keeping and reading the messages that have value.
