We will work closely together with you to help you take advantage of our Incentive Program to help generate the buzz and excitement for your participants. Although your participants will like that all 100% of the profits go to your cause, and that they will be making a difference in their community, Prizes and Incentives are exciting and fun motivators!
In order to avoid any headaches that can be caused by miscommunication, we find it important to clearly define roles and set expectations.
MyJoeCard.Com’s Fundraising Program agrees to:
MyJoeCard samples will be provided(one each) for students, teachers, and volunteers. We will also provide online order forms, checklists, sales tracking sheets, and information.
We will provide a plan for a “Brainstorming” to generate cash, prizes, and incentives for your group!
MyJoeCard.Com will help select a qualifying Business Member to be the Sponsor for your fundraiser. See our "Selecting A Sponsor" page, you may also suggest a local business to be your fundraiser's sponsor, or a parent of a participant may wish to have their business/company Become A Sponsor
MyJoeCard.Com will help the Sponsor choose any prizes for a drawing (if applicable) for your fundraiser, and:

Help make arrangements for pickup and/or delivery of fundraising products and/or prizes by coordinating with the Sponsoring Business Member.

Help the Sponsor to have a drawing for the prizes that they donate for the fundraiser.

Notify all participants registered for the drawing of the winning 16 Digit MyJoeCard Number!
Your Fundraising Group (school or organization) agrees to:
Participate in The True 100% Fundraising Program. Have a kickoff assembly to promote and explain the fundraising program to the kids. Administrator will verify the date and time of the fundraiser kickoff.
Your group will have a “Brainstorming” to generate cash, prizes, and incentives for your group! Organize and manage the fundraiser including a keeping an accurate record of sales generated, funds collected, etc.
Accurately gather and provide - in acceptable format - any registration information for participants that wish to register for the drawing to win prizes, including:

Register your participants for a chance to win some great prizes!

Any prizes will supplied by the Sponsoring Business Member!

Any participant may register once for each MyJoeCard that they buy!

Email Address + Unique 16 Digit Number on the MyJoeCard are required for registration.
Registrant's information should be provided in Excel or similar spreadsheet format.
We will record the numbering sequence of the allotment of MyJoeCards donated for your fundraiser so that only those people that participated in your fundraiser have a chance to win.

How To Give Prizes & Incentives To Your Sales Team:

Give incentives for students meeting deadlines early and on-time!

Give Prizes & Incentives for the top individual sellers!

Have a pizza party for the top-selling class/group!

Have a drawing for prizes! Students/team members can earn one ticket in the drawing for each MyJoeCard that they sell!

Purchase Prizes with MyJoeCard.Com’s allowance for Prizes and Incentives.

Throw a movie party with popcorn and treats for top sellers.

Provide a field trip for the top-selling class/group.

Have Administrator or ‘volunteer’ (Principal, Teacher, etc.) agree to perform a silly stunt if the fundraising goal is reached on time.

Prizes and incentives are extremely effective, fun, and can be easily obtained through our Allowance for Prizes and Incentives.
Awarding Prizes & Incentives To Your Group:
When you choose MyJoeCard.Com's Fundraising Program, we want to help you reach your 100% of your goals. We will be glad to assist in the ‘brainstorming’ event, and provide your group with additional MyJoeCards to sell (up to 10% of your fundraising goal is allowed) to go toward Prizes and Incentives for your group!
